The plain-language rules for using ParkRound — what the service does, what other members of your group can see about you, and how billing works.
Your use of ParkRound is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data.
Last updated 18 August 2026.
ParkRound lets a group of people (a "Group") fairly share a limited pool of parking spaces (organised into one or more "Pools") over time by taking turns — a "Rotation." Members of a Group request or book the parking days they need, and we decide how to allocate each day among them. We may change how allocation works at any time.
ParkRound is a coordination tool, not a landlord, lessor, or parking operator. It does not own, lease, allocate, or guarantee any physical parking space, and it has no enforcement mechanism — no gates, no hardware, no towing. It only maintains a shared, transparent record of who is entitled to park on a given day within a Group that has independently arranged for the underlying spaces (through an employer, a homeowners' association, a landlord, or similar).
Our Help pages, homepage, in-app help and onboarding text, and other support materials describe how the service currently works and are provided for your convenience — they are not part of this contract and are not incorporated into it by reference. If anything in those materials differs from these terms, these terms control.
Joining a Group means sharing certain information with the other people in that Group — this is inherent to how a fair rotation works, not an incidental side effect:
See our Privacy Policy for who else we share your data with.
An Admin of a Group has broad control over that Group, including inviting new Members and new Admins. Who holds Admin rights over your Group might change at any time, without your approval or notice. If you are a Member or Admin of a Group, understand the trust you are extending.
Paying keeps your access to Group features active. Billing is handled through our payment processor, Stripe.
Stripe processes your payment under its own terms of service, in addition to these Terms.
If you have a complaint about the service or these terms, email support@parkround.com and we'll try to resolve it directly.
If you leave a Group (or are removed from one), your standing requests and bookings in that Group end, but the historical record of your past activity in that Group — including your Usage and the Rotation Event Log — may be retained as part of that Group's fairness record, so that the rotation stays fair and auditable for the Members who remain — see our Privacy Policy for details on how long this information is kept.
If you delete your ParkRound account, we remove your ability to log in — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your personal data. Deleting your account does not retroactively rewrite the historical Rotation record of any Group you were part of. If you have an active subscription at the time, deleting your account may also cancel it.
ParkRound is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
ParkRound coordinates who is entitled to park — it does not control, inspect, or guarantee the physical parking spaces themselves, and it is not a party to any arrangement between you, your Group, and whoever provides the underlying spaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkRound and its operators are not liable for any dispute between Members over parking, any towing, damage, loss, or expense arising from parking or its denial, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of ParkRound is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent — in which case we'll ask you to accept the updated terms in the app before you can continue using it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, this does not remove the protection given to you by mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country as well as in England and Wales.
You must not scrape, probe, or attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the service; impersonate another person or Member; or harass, abuse, or threaten another Member. You must not use the service to violate applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, or a Group's access, for breach of this section or for non-payment. Where practicable, we'll give you notice first; for serious or urgent breaches — including a security risk or harm to another Member — we may act immediately.
We may modify, add to, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If a change is materially adverse to you, we'll give you reasonable advance notice where practicable; if you don't want to continue on the changed terms, you may cancel and we'll refund a pro-rata amount for the unused portion of your current paid period.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change takes effect from your next billing period after we've given you advance notice of it; if you don't want to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
ParkRound, its software, and its branding belong to us. Using the service gives you a limited, personal, revocable licence to access it — nothing more.
These terms are between you and us. A Group is not a party to them and has no rights under them, even though your use of the service happens as part of one.
We may assign or transfer these terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. You may not assign or transfer these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ParkRound.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, and replace any earlier agreement or understanding on the subject — see §1 on our Help pages and other support materials not being incorporated into this contract.
We're not liable for a failure or delay caused by something reasonably outside our control, including an outage, a failure of a provider we depend on, or an event of force majeure.
We take reasonable steps to back up data, but we don't guarantee against data loss, and we're not liable for the loss of any Group's Rotation history, Usage record, or other data.
